Oh, I can’t wait to read this series! I can relate too well to your early years of family-building. I feel like we are in survival mode too, but we could be thriving if we just prioritize what matters and are intentional with our short time in this season of life.
Excited to read this series! I love your work and this problem is very relatable to me in my current season of motherhood. My husband and I have a 2.5 year old & 4 month old and, especially since having the baby, have been in survival, “default” mode. As the postpartum haze has started to clear, I’ve been struggling with figuring out what our day to day is going to look like, beyond just fulfilling one need or another all day, how to maintain structure and have time for what is important.
